⏩1. ขอบคุณข้าวทุกเม็ด น้ำทุกหยด อาหารทุกจานอย่างจริงใจ
Sincerely appreciate every grain of rice, every drop of water, and every single meal.
⏩2. อย่าสวดมนต์เพื่อขอสิ่งใด นอกจากปัญญาและความกล้าหาญ
Do not pray for anything other than wisdom and courage.
⏩3. เพื่อนใหม่ คือของขวัญที่ให้กับตัวเอง ส่วนเพื่อนเก่าหรือมิตร คืออัญมณีที่นับวันจะเพิ่มคุณค่า
New companion is a gift to oneself. While Old companion or friends are ever-incresing valuable treasure.

Reminisce about death three times a day, you shall live a happy life, filled with giving and forgiving.

If the first button is buttoned worn, the rest shall be wrong.
